Weekend over. Back to work. Not a bad weekend for eating, but I could have ate better. At least I didn't over eat, generally.

Not much else to say.

Onward and upward
215.8 lb Lost so far: 14.2 lb.    Still to go: 15.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
