I can explain, it started with a buffet and then I made a chuck roast with potatoes and carrots and gravy that I've been eating for 3 days. For some reason I bought refrigerator biscuits, something I NEVER do and I drank a 2 liter of REGULAR, fully sugared Coke in 2 days. Oh, and I made mini tacos for 2 or 3 days. Not so mini when you eat 2 of them. Finishing up the roast this morning and I may have a biscuit before I throw the rest of them out to the deer.

Hmmm... didn't I read in your previous journal you were increasing your activity? That could be a part of the increase, you know. Remember my uptick after walking/cleaning so much? Your diet calendar doesn't show you exceeding your RDI enough to justify this increase as fat weight.

Pretty sure this isn’t a fat gain. More than likely, as stated here before me, it’s water, sodium, increased activity, etc. I too saw a jump on the scale and had a regular soda yesterday. Seems they didn’t hear ‘diet’ and is already left before I realized the mistake. This will come off in a couple days of your regular WoE.

Bella - didn't increase my activity much, just trying not to be lying down watching TV all the time. The increase is everything I ate starting Thursday including a piece of apple pie every day. I'm hoping it will come off soon. Didn't eat much today. Finished what was left of the roast, just 2 or 3 ounces and the carrots. No potatoes left. And the regular soda is gone and what's left of the pie is cut into individual pieces and in the freezer. Not craving pie anymore. Peeperjj- I think it will come off as long as I get right back to my WOE.
