I wanted to share that you saved me going the wrong path last night. I was hungry even tho I'd had dinner. I was foraging in the fridge and saw broccoli and mushrooms - the last of my fresh produce. So I had that instead of some 400/500 Cal meal because I remembered your post with the veggies.

Binky, good for you!! You are amazing being so dedicated with your health issues. You make me feel guilty not doing my exercise. That's a good thing. My time an extra day as out of town so workout on Sat. Good choices make a body feel good. Not so good choices after a while of eating well end up in an awful stomach ache.

I miss my bike, wholefoodnut! I'm in so much pain today that I almost had to get out my cane. Going to do some laying stretches/resistance bands in a little while. Here you are saying such nice things and I can't ride today! I just feel better after riding, too. :)
