Way to go girl! I am so happy that you are seeing the benefits of this way of life! It is so much nicer to not be focused on food all the time isn't it? I know what you mean about your previous post about eating more veggies. I get concerned every once in awhile when I haven't been eating a lot of fruits and veggies. I think that is our bodies way of telling us it needs the nutrients. You are doing a fantastic job of listening to your body and feeding it when necessary. Keep it up. Blessings...
