Today went very well. No hunger. I hope my weight is down some in the morning. I need reinforcement!
209.6 lb Lost so far: 1.6 lb.    Still to go: 64.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 16 August 2010:
1622 kcal Fat: 122.64g | Prot: 99.26g | Carb: 30.44g.   Breakfast: Fancy Mexican Cheese Shredded, Sausage Links, Egg. Lunch: Tilapia (Fish), Frozen Cut Green Beans, Deli White Meat Chicken Salad. Dinner: Ground Beef 8% Fat, Baby Spinach, Avocado, Buttermilk Ranch Dressing. Snacks/Other: Boiled Egg, Real Mayonnaise with Omega 3, Classic Yellow Mustard, Essentials String Cheese, BAKEN-ETS Fried Pork Skins, Cucumber (Peeled), Turkey Pepperoni Slices. more...

No Hunger is great! I was so happy when I finally got to that point.. It only gets better from here. Next(if it already hasn't)your energy will skyrocket and then you may get to a point that you actually have to make yourself eat enough to get you RDI in. I found I was having to keep a schedule of snack times to keep my calories up! You are doing great! Keep up the good work! Just wait soon you will need new clothes! :)

Ohhh. Can't wait for the new clothes. Actually, I can't wait for my current clothes to fit me without my buldges showing. That grosses me out and I'm sure others think the same way. Goal 1... looser clothing then Goal 2, try on the smaller clothes lingering in my closet. I travel a lot so my ultimate goal is to be comfortable in an airplane seat and most importantly be able to lean over and grab my bag under the chair in front of me without having to hook the strap with my foot and lift it before I can get it. Darned stomach is huge!!!
