Turbo Fire - Fire 40 + Warrior Kickboxing (focused on legs) = wore me out! I was in bed asleep before 10pm. Got 8 hours last night and it was awesome! (not to mention much needed!)

Turbo Fire Low HIIT 25 - sigh - yes, we focused on legs today. Really???

So tomorrow I'm just going to do the Fire 40 again (it's what's scheduled) - I was going to do the leg P90x, but i think that might be considered overkill!

You're so cool. I got a jillian michaels kickboxing video and I've been trying that. I'm so awkward and uncoordinated. It gives the kids a laugh and I can pretend I'm kickass though. lol

http://www.warriorxfit.com/ - Try this - it's free. This gives you an idea of the workouts we do in addition to kicking the punching bag. I'm on there - but haven't signed in for a while. But if you want to challenge each other - we can totally do that! :) Or you can make your kids doing it for laughing at you kicking butt! ;)
