Turbo Fire - Fire 40 + Warrior Kickboxing (focused on legs) = wore me out! I was in bed asleep before 10pm. Got 8 hours last night and it was awesome! (not to mention much needed!)
Turbo Fire Low HIIT 25 - sigh - yes, we focused on legs today. Really???
So tomorrow I'm just going to do the Fire 40 again (it's what's scheduled) - I was going to do the leg P90x, but i think that might be considered overkill!
