Back from vacation. I was a bit nervous stepping on the scale after 10 days being out of my routine, but I was happy to see another 3+ pounds last week. It was a pretty active week, tennis, swimming, walking, and doing almost anything but relaxing, so I am sure that helped!

Onward and upward!!
216.6 lb Lost so far: 13.4 lb.    Still to go: 16.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
