Woke at 227.2, up 1.8 from yesterday after an Oktoberfest feast last night that included a few beers and a few bites of dessert. UPDATE: Moved some good water and bulk today and got down to 224.2. That shows a gain over this time last week, but not too bad after a few cheat meals this past week. Denise out of town at a convention so Jason and I are going to go out for dinner. Not sure what we will find, but I'll try to behave! UPDATE: Went to The Habit burger grill. Really great. That got me right under my calorie goal, but then Jason and I came home and watched John Wick and I drank a bottle of red wine, which put me right at 1535 calories. Need to catch up this weekend.
