Deadlift day! I hit 125 pounds for 2 reps!!! It was very heavy 😆 but I think I maintained good form. It felt very very slow off the ground like 115 use to 😁 Progress is nice 😁 I had that strawberry shortcake cupcake after my 2 hour gym session. I won’t be able to go to the gym tomorrow so I fit back and shoulders in with my deadlift routine today. I am going to be extremely sore later 😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅

Thanks Tom! Adef I am excited too! I’m trying to hit each compound movements 2 x a week. It’s really hard to nail down a set schedule with my wonky work schedule 😒 I decide to buy an inexpensive barbell to help work in more training 😃😃
