I want to regain my fanaticism about exercise and losing weight. I don't know why I'm in such a hum-drum.

What about joining a group...basketball, volleyball or even a walking club. The running room holds walking clinics and you get to meet up with new people. Maybe its hum drum cause gyms are boring?? LOL...thats my thought...I can only do gyms for so long. I like the classes, they motivate me to continue! Good luck!!

I love the gym and walking, it's just that mentally I'm putting other things first and that's not like me!

I know exactly what you mean. It is tough when you lost a lot of weight to keep the same intensity you had at the start. Maybe make a short term goal for yourself and an associated reward if you accomplish it? That is the most tried and true thing that helps me keep the intensity going.
