Good day yesterday. I am finding, now, that I often fall short of the 1,800 calories that I am budgeting. The bad news is, that just spurs me to go find more food! Not all bad, however, since I don't want to end up in starvation mode :)
222.4 lb Lost so far: 7.6 lb.    Still to go: 22.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
