Is 22 hrs even consodered a fast??

it is i googled it!! i just know most people do at least 16 . sorry. 🤷‍♀️

Interesting. I didn't think I'd ever fasted but looked it up and 8 to 12 hours is considered a fast. I do stop eating by 10 PM and don't eat again til 9 at the earliest....usually a little later. I do have coffee first thing...and drink water.

Sherry sure its considered fasting but without the benefits of a longer fast. Your body is still relying on your last meal for energy as opposed to stired fat.
