attempting a 24 hour fast today, and if it works go on to 48 hours, if I can get past that my goal is a 72 hour fast

Thank you, good luck to you too... I want the 72 hours if I can to get to the autophagy...... I did 42 hours before a while ago, have you ever fasted before?

Yes, I’m OMAD (one meal a day) typically. Usually between 20-24 hours, i probably average 22 hours a day. And I’ve also done several 48 hour fasts too. LOVE autophagy!! 💕 I really truly think it has helped with tightening my loose skin.

going for the 72 hours fast by tiesday, watch this space....I always manage the 24 hour fasts, one meal a day...thats doable now, going for the big one next week....

PS managed quite well but didn't make the 72 hours, weekends are not a good time, 42 hours is my record.....

Well good luck on the 72! That’s a long one! I didn’t make my 48, but I did get to 45! And that’s what I love about fasting, even if you fall a little short, you’re still kicking ass! 💪🙌🎉

slept really badly, so fasting is impossible today, I'm too tired, this happens, however I have lost weight so I'm OK with that, planning another attempt later this week, good luck with your diets everyone.
