Had med labs done on 2/8/13. Will be a good baseline for WW. (Below) I'm going to work hard to get them all under control and within normal range. Come On WW and Exercise, do your thing!
My new med insurance approved CPAC for sleep apnea. Woo Hoo! This has been a long time coming. Can't believe I was diagnosed w/sleep disorder (no REM sleep cycling) 1 yr ago and previous med insurance denied the need for CPAC. New med insurance approved it right away. Gotta make an appt to learn how to use this contraption. And, YES, I am going to use it. My doctors say part of the reason I have gained so much weight is because of this sleep disorder; don't produce certain hormones during sleep. So, here is to better sleep and better days ahead!
My new bed was delivered yesterday. It is so comfy! My Ogre says it is too soft for him though. He says he will give it a try for a week.
