Good start yesterday. Skipped breakfast, and did near 5 hours of exercise instead. I may have lost something, but cannot see it on the scales. The scales reflect that my intestines contain indigestible sugars and fiber, which hold a lot of water weight. Got tempted by the rare treat, Durian fruit.
Things was easier when I was in weight loss mode. I had strong discipline, and people around it knew that all they got from me was a firm No Thanks. Declaring Maintenance Mode bring a desire to be 'normal', but that comes at a price, on the scales at least.
Think I will declare weight loss mode in September. Durian is hard to resist, and it will be a year till next time. Rare occasion exception. The water weight will soon go then.
