As I have lost 90 pounds (several methods over several years), I have become accustomed to changing out clothing sizes. On Saturday, I had one of the most profound NSV ever! I have used temporary ring size adjusters for the past several months. I finally took my rings in to be re-sized. My finger size went from an 8 to 6-1/2. That is smaller than my ring size from 30 years ago when I was a skinny, young girl! I was amazed. I have lost weight and girth off my fingers.
Keep at it everyone! The road may be long and filled with potholes; but eventually, it all catches up. Onward and downward!
