Deep Sleep restored to 29%. Got only 13% after I took a Magnesium supplement. This makes me respect the PhD who say carnivore do not need supplements, and should avoid them.

Find myself forgetting the basics sometimes. stumble, fall, but get back up. The crampy foot I got from Magnesium is gone too. Listening to the body is very helpful in this information world.
