Dragon fruit is my new favorite fruit. It looks like it's going to be hard to peel, but you can just go around with a paring knife and the whole inside pops right out. It's such a delicious snack!

It's not very sweet, I'd say closest to a kiwi fruit for sweetness. Very light and smooth.

I see these at the grocery and always wanted to try it...but never worked up the nerve? I like kiwi...so perhaps I will give it a try next grocery store run! 😁

It is quite lovely. I think that there is a different taste between varieties, but they're all good, just different.
