Custard Chocolate Ice Cream was made in the kitchen today. Wanted to test how a Fructose Free ice cream react in my body.

The recipe called for 26 gram sugar. I used 13 grams Glucose instead. It was a single egg yolk recipe, with a pinch salt and 4oz fresh cream. Vanilla and cacao for flavor.

I have since put in about 5 hours hard house work. Feel busted, and have no hunger at all. I missed my dinner time, and can wait for breakfast.

It could indicate that I have a Fructose intolerance. Sugar is 50/50 Fructose/Glucose. Test lab results for the day.
