This next Sunday I'm going to a concert with friends. We are planning to go to dinner first and this has me very stressed out. We're talking drinks and everything. I've been doing this roller coaster dieting thing all my life. So I know that one slip CAN sink a ship. I feel like I'm motivated this time to make my goal weight but I have felt this way before.
The plan is... to.... just relax and enjoy the time with my peoples :)
