The first 2 weeks were hard, mostly because of the headaches. Now, I can go 72 hours easy peasy with just water. You can do it!

I know! Ive done it before. I think my longest fast was 3 or 4 days. 🤷‍♀️ just need to readjust :)

I've been doing OMAD for a few months now. I barely feel hunger now. It's been a while since I've done a proper fast.
