Back in town, and being Monday, it's a good time to get back on track. Yes, my weight is up a little and I don't care, because I think it's better anyway. But I need to cut out splurges. All the fruit this time of year is appealing and it's hard not to eat too much since I want my body in a fat burning mode, not sugar. Will exercise more, and track what I eat. Also back to drinking at least 48 ounces of water. Haven't done that for a week.
