Well, no change up or down...I guess I've finally reached that point where there may be a few days between a loss. As long as I don't gain I'll have to be OK with that. It's not as gratifying as actually seeing a loss everyday. Cutting back & not having a glass of wine has been a lot easier than I thought it would be. This week is Book Club...that may be the challenge but I plan to be good & eat moderately & no alcohol. 19 days til we leave for the beach. If I can lose 2 lbs. a week that's 6 more lbs. 😊
