has anyone else been having trouble with this site lately? Im not sure if its the time I come on, but everytime I try and click on something it doesn't work, so bizarre. I hate a short attn: span to so I kind of move on to somethin else instead of pressing reload incessantly. Im proud to say I've been doing Turbo Fire for a month and my exercises have been 100% consistent, yay for me. I'm on my 3rd week of Insanity too and feeling a lot tighter so I'm really stoked. I can't remember when I started seeing the results last time, plus I had been doing RevAbs prior, so I'm sure my sotmache muscles were already pretty solid although that's not the case this time. My eating is a little sketchy, I haven't been really consistent with that. My carbs aren't as low as I'd like them to be all the time, but I'm hoping the 2x days help rectify that.

It's that time of the month (sorry tmi), lol, and I really wanted chocolate, so I'm going to make this low-carb black bean brownie recipe. I'm really excited and I hope they come out good. I've heard good things about them, and I found a recipe that's South Beach Phase I approved!

You are doing so good. I think doing 2x a day is the only way I am really going to loose some real weight. I just want to ask how yoou fit them in your day more than once a week. I was so sore when I did it that one time. Do you do something easier in the night or day. I am just working lots of hours and it like how can you fit 2 workouts an extra shower meals and work into the day..I am getting tired just thinking about it. I was going to try an maybe do cardio abs or maybe to arms with weights at night to just burn a few more calories b4 bed. What cha think?

FWIW: Lately the site has been pretty strong as far as I can tell. Sometimes there is a "latency" between the time you click on a link and the moment the page comes in but it has been less than usual for the two months or so. Prior to that there was a period where there were pretty serious delays (two to three months ago). "Inbox" and "Buddies" take more time to process than journal entries.

Steph you are too cute..I do them back to back and they aren't that bad, but I make sure they aren't both crazy hard workouts when I stack them...I try and follow the calendar, but I won't do something intense on Turbo Fire if I have to do Insanity Pure Cardio, that's just crazy. For some reason I always workout at night, so I usually just do one, take a break and then do another. What two workouts are you thinking of doing, or you mean going to the gym and then doing another one when you get home? If you want to add in extra strength training I would do a few compound exercises: lunges/squats w. shoulder presses,bicep curls or the like, pushups, something like that or extra cardio...

thx dirrty the dessert didn't work out too well, but the time it took to research, buy, make and wait for the brownies to cook def nixed me of that choc craving, lol. I will definitely have to try it again, couldn't even taste the black beans and I was so surprised the texture was pretty good considering there was no flour!

black bean brownies?? ewww! i have made brownies alot of times with all bran, only thing is that i over eat them because they are low cal... so needless to say i dont make em anymore:) i think i am going to look up this insanity- been reading alot about it.... i love alot of the moves that slim in 6 has, like the waist sinching moves, but i could use a little more cardio, but not jumping up and down cardio, just more cardio. have a great day!!!

lol you don't taste them at all, the biggest issue is the lack of sugar, but I will try again. You may have to send me the recipe for that especially if it's low carb,lol. loving your new picture btw...I would definitely try Insanity, it's a great program, it is a bit of jumping for some parts especially the plyo. I thought you ladies were going to try Turbo Fire. I just started adding back in RevAbs, you may like that one too, and it's not as pricey as TF/Insanity.

When it comes to exercise motivation, you are my "go to" girl. Way too awesome!! I'm just revved reading your journal. Thanks for sharing. ;) It's that time of the month for me too. Have you ever tried a chocolate "vitamuffin" (frozeen dessert section at Safeway)? They've got 7 gr of fibre and count as only 1 point on WW...sometimes it's hard for me to resist not having two. ;)
