Getting frustrated that I am not losing like I should be.
302.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 102.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Do't get frustrated. Try to change it up a little. What are you doing for exercise?

Treadmill for 30 minutes (Id like to go longer/more intense, but I have sciatic nerve pain and my leg goes numb after 30 minutes), and then 30 minutes of weight machines.

don't give up! slow and steady :) and don't discount the fact that you've already lost 7 pounds - that's a solid number! keep at it - you can do it!

The fact that you are here and have not gained weight is progress. Don't let anything get you down, you know that you can do even better if you want to. Keep up the good work!
