I have managed to lose 2lb last week which im rli happy about as I had a couple of cheats at the weekend. My first goal of 14lb by 7th Feb isnt looking so unmanageable now, im excited to reach it! :-D
172.5 lb Lost so far: 0.5 lb.    Still to go: 25.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
