I am so pleased I've lost another 2.5 lb, its made all the saying no worth it and encourages me to lose the rest of the weight. I now have 6lb and 2wks til Sweden and my first target seems achievable! I just want to get under the 12st mark :-)
170.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
