they’re ripe, just cut out the brown. if you mash them up and add some lime or lemon juice that prevents it from browning any further.

They look perfect. That's the color they should be. (Easy way to tell; when you pick up the whole avocado in the store, pull off the stem. If it's green underneath, it's ripe, if it's yellow or white, not ripe yet, if it's brown or black or dried, it's gone by)

As long as its soft, it's ripe. - and not going brown/grey.

They look a little over ripe - the brown should be removed. You want them a nice firm green color
