Well last couple days have been great! Eating good, a little low on the Cals, but I am working that out so that I am not getting too much or too little. I we have come up with some great plans as far as exercise and eating now tha holidays have come to a end. That makes it so much better. We both gained. I gained more then expected, and I think once I gained the first 5, I got into the F it mode. So now its get real, log everything I eat and work out. Weight is not going to lose it self right!
