Not sure if you’re using gainer but if you are watch the sugar content in it. I started at 145 lbs and I’m now at 180lbs. But loss my ab tone because of the gainers. Now it’s a bitch to get the tone back. I’m on a calorie deficit diet now 🤦🏻♂️
