I legit had to jump on the scale 3 times to make sure it was right. Granted, I check everyday, but I’ve still being stepping on 3 tins as I couldn’t believe I had undone the nonsense from a week prior all within a week and added a couple to that loss. I’m really trying to stay focused and make sure I’m tracking and rarely dabbling in dirty Keto. It just doesn’t work for me! 🤣😂🤣😂 I also went to SkyZone with the boys and actually was able to participate! I was so excited for this NSV. Let’s make it a great week folks! ✊💪✌️
