Mine is a bit droopy too, but feel optimistic about it due to so many report of no problem within a couple of years after. So that's the plan. Deflate, maintain, and enjoy the tightening progress.

As Wright2018 pointed out surgical removal may be the only fast and inexpensive option, if you are afraid then the alternatives are slow and expensive. You can use paraffin wraps under moderate temp, do massage and always ware compression.
