Well , I am doing this diet here for 2 weeks, it is based on the diet doctors prescribe to patients before they get the lap band surgery...no , I am not getting it but my best friend had it and she told me about this diet.
A protein shake with fruit for breakfast
A protein shake for lunch with a salad or veggies
A protein shake for dinner with a vegetable

I am using the 100% whole whey shakes from GNC, they have all kinds of flavors, even cookies and cream, have to try that when my vanilla and the chocolate/caramel are done.
They taste so much better than slimfast or other shakes and have only 3-4 carbs per serving, which is good because I'm a type 2 diabetic and need to watch my carb intake.

I need to get back on track after losing 60 pounds and gaining back 15, gotta nip it in the butt now before it gets totally out of hand.

This shake diet will give me the jump start I need. I will have a rough time going on our mini vacation this weekend, but hey, I'll try to be not tooooo bad when eating out :))

I do like shakes, so I hope this isn't going to be to difficult. I know that it is way lower in calories than what is recommended, but hey, this is how I'll do it and after the two weeks I will slowly increase my carb intake.

Even if nobody else is reading this, just writing it down makes me more determand to lose 25-30 more pounds.
