Happy happy sunshiny Sunday...

Sun is shining..birds are chirping...looking like a great day ahead...

Plan today..a workout on zwift...grass is saying I need to be cut..chicken breasts are thawing..as I journal..just a typical day as usual..nicer days..more to do..

Walmart list to get done before trip tomorrow...not a long one..and as day goes along..might even get shorter...be some scratching out stuff..I decide I can live without for a week..

Really lacking in motivation lately...yeah I’m getting daily workouts..but not like I was..not sure what’s causing the lack of...thinking its not being in right frame of mind..

Welp...time to close...start something else....
