To go along with my new picture, and my new bio, I have now changed to a new goal weight. My goal weight was 120. Now I have put it at 140. I figure if I get to 140 and I want to go lower, great. But I also wonder if 120 is a realistic goal at this point. When I graduated from high school, I weighed about 146. I wore a size 8 which I thought was HUGE. (All my friends wore size 2's and 4's). Now if I were that size, I'd be elated. I would totally wear my precious bikinis on the beach at that weight. So I've decided to adjust my goals and go forth accordingly. It feels really good to get rid of that perfectionistic number and focus on something that now feels reachable.
