Don’t get discouraged, if you don’t like the big gains don’t just don’t overeat. Plus it usually takes 2-3 days to lose all water weight

@Rosio- I know. It was worth it! It will drop off. Lifting daily and watching calories- there's nowhere for it to hide. I love to overeat after sticking with it 2-3 weeks. It seems to jump-start a stalled weight loss too.

I love to overeat too, that’s why I’m here 😉
When you overeat track, that way you can overeat but not too much...for instance go over by 600-1000 calories. And eventually try to decrease that number
