ok, I've been pouring through my books and have figured out:

1. Protein-on track
2. Fat-on track
3. Calories-on track

This leaves the carbs. I have come to the conclusion that NET carbs may not work for me and I will count total-which I have been doing for the last three days, so we'll see how that goes. I will do this for a month instead of just a week and see what happens.

I have the same problem, Amy with net carbs. And I would do the exact same thing! Great plan!

Amy, so are you shooting for 20 total carbs? I was just wondering, cause maybe I need to try that.

ALee, I eat 20 total and eat vey well. Plese feel free to check my diet calendar. I do go over by one or two every once in a while, but for the most part, I stay under 20 grams, try to keep my calories up, and my percentages 65-70% fat, 25-30% protein, and 5-10% carbs. My biggest problem is keeping my calories up!

Yes Alee, I am switching to counting 20 total carbs...I am also going to peek at Ctlss's food diary :)

I am also going to check out her food diary, the only thing is I have been having the MIM for breakfast every morning and that is 21 total carbs, so that will have to go away, at least for a while.

Thanks for the cream tip ms amy - I don't think I'm going over on my cream but my hubby sure is. He goes way too heavy on his creamer. One of the small cartons lasts me 2 weeks. He will go thru twice that much easily. I hope you start seeing a loss soon.

Amanda, I was using 1/3 cup plus 3 TBS a day...so I have cut out the eveniing 1/3 cup that I whipped up for dessert and will switch to something else like SF jello or raspberries...or hard boiled eggs LOL
