It is a busy Christmas season!! I've had so many parties and luncheons already! So far I am up only 1 pound. I am adding more boxing classes and ordering a lot of salads to help offset the rest!
Great job getting to the gym every day....you keep going and you'll do great this Christmas season!!!

Just do all that you can and do your best and be gentle with yourself if you need to. The only thing that matters is that you get back up and try if you don't eat or exercise like you should. Tomorrow is always another chance to make the right decisions. I'm pulling for you!
