Well, life is going great! And I am feeling better then ever, I am finding that I am hitting my Nutrition intake goals , a little high on Carbs and fats, however my work outs I beleive are really buring it up. I have stayed the same weight and that is fine, I think that is where I want to be. I would not mind losing a couple more, but I know I am noticing a differnce in the Mirror and that is what counts. Feel good, look good, gotta be good right! Plus I have more energy then ever now that I been really watching what I put in my system. Still can't lay off the NOS, Gosh they should have a twelve step program for that, but everything is a work in progress. Rock On all and kisses to my wife which is doing amazing and looking so Hot. Her confidance is getting as high as mine, so I am going to have to keep a eye on her more when she goes out now. LOL.
