Just wrote down one 200g liver meal on date 5,10,15,20,25,30 of a month in my paper notebook. With this simple to remember rule, I can relax nutrient deficiency worries.

I like beef liver. High in carbs but worth it for all the nutrition.

FullaBella Big advantage for you. Always feel great joy when I hear of others who use livers as a supplement. Bought duck livers awhile back, and it turned to new favorite.

Never tried duck livers. Something to live for, yeah?

FullaBella Found them frozen in my supermarket for less than a dollar a pound. Fry on low-medium heat, 1-2 minutes each side. Rest 4 minutes. Done. Salt, and I like a bit of black pepper on too
