The last few weeks have been a doozy: came home from India on a Tuesday, water heater broke and flooded the basement on that Thursday, went back to work to over 700 emails and 20 voice mails that Friday, and on Saturday I helped the man I've been with for 3 years move out.

So last week I gave myself a pass and ate the pizza and drank the wine and basically didn't give a fuck. But, I felt like crap over the weekend and got back to healthy eating and living yesterday. I have no idea how I managed to lose weight through last week's bingeing, but I'll take any win I can.

And of course I woke up sick this morning...but you know what having no appetite means... 😏
192.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 47.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I hear this over and over again on here. I strongly believe the best way to lose weight is to have a “cheat day” every so often so your body doesn’t go into starvation mode. It kind of resets your metabolism.
