Why is it I can eat healthy while at work and when it comes to home I really do bad? Proud of myself on Saturday but Sunday night we went to the movies. I stuffed my so called healthy snacks in my purse (1/2 c Chex Mix, 1c LF Popcorn, and Pita chips). I feel guilty this morning but getting on track for the rest of the week. I’m just glad my choices were a tad bit healthier than what I would normally eat at the movies:

Popcorn, hotdog, nachos, and a large coke! YUMMMM

I hope you all had a wonderful weekend. Go see Karate Kid it was really good! I didn’t care for the original when I was a kid but maybe I should watch it again.

I'm glad that you saw your choices now as soooo much better as they were before. BTW, that used to be my movies "snack" too! :) Happy to hear the recommendation on the movie! I really wanted to see that. :)

Hello my new buddy! I totally feel you on the gaing weight AFTER having the 2 kids, which I also had in 2007 and 2009 as well! But it's time to get back on track and healthy, so let's get it! I don't get out to the movies often, but maybe I will start taking healthy snacks too. The movie concessions are so expensive and unhealthy! Good tip!

aww my babies were 2005 & 2008... its tough getting in shape when ur body has totally transformed from what u were used to. i was 208 when i got pregnant with my daughter and got right back to that weight after her birth, and then packed on the weight.. i got up to 227 before i realized it.. and that's when i got pregnant with my son.. after he was born i was DETERMINED.. i weighed in at 214 after i had him and kicked my own ass to get to where i'm at.. no looking back!!

great job on the snacks! that does take some control now doesn it? i know the first time i went to the movies after starting here on fatsecret, i was stressed to the max. normally i totally pig out too,but i had one bag of m and m's. the single serve size. i was very proud of myself as you should be tool;) have a great day
