ok, ok, I've been in and out lately but things are ok, at least today! I'm on day 2 of the 3 day Stall Breaker diet. I've decided I need to get this done in order to help get my body 'in tune' to be serious about low carb keto again. And so far it is working. Even though it is just day 2 I really notice a difference. I'm all ready for tomorrow and will attempt to keep the weekend within low carb and no alcohol or things out of plan. It has just been so difficult to get back into the groove since Halloween! I've been on/off but not consistent and now my weight has creeped up and will not budge down (will go up though!) But I have a full week before kids come back and I am planning on really buckling down and getting my body 'use to behaving'! I know they (kids) will respect my eating plans but it is difficult for me to just jump in when they are cooking things that are yummy and not on my plan! But I will try to stand firm and get this done. It is getting warming and I want to fit into my last summer shorts and other things that are just sitting in my closet. Tired of the oversized jeans everyday! Kind of excited also since next week (March) I will be on Medicare and have Silver Sneakers program I can use at at workout place just down the road from me! I need to get my mind set to go there before or after work (on my way) and just do it! I normally use the excuse that I would rather be sleeping....which I would rather do! Hope all is well in FS land. Take care to ALL :-)
