Ahhh man this is good!! I usually sauté the green peppers and onions for my aroz con pollo in olive oil. I didn’t use any this time and it’s still good without it

Thanks! It was so good. I kept checking my diary, seems crazy that all of that was only 235 calories!! No oil and only 1/4 cup of beans and rice helped kept the number low 👍

Mike I don’t really have an exact recipe but I season my chicken with lots of garlic, salt, pepper, cumin, sofrito, and oregano. I sauté onion and green peppers first then remove from pan and then cook the chicken with seasoning and a little water. I add the veggies back in at the end.
