My hydrated weight is a few pounds less than last month's weigh in, still at the lower end of my weight window...so no change in set weight. Pics from a recent six day ski trip, great fun with a great group of rascals.

Thanks John...to be honest the outdoor & indoor biking has really helped, it's burned a ton of calories without being boring or feeling like exercise. I even have to purposefully eat more calories some days to keep up with output.

Thanks D3 & JF, love being in the mountains and the camaraderie of small group, back country skiing. HCB...*Blushing*..I'm amazed I still get to do this (and still can).

Great job Steven. I'm envious, I'll bet the view in person is amazing. Skiing is something I always wanted to learn, but never got to the slopes.

Jim, the view never gets old (never)...we are surrounded by world class skiing locations and doing something winter based really helps relieve and shorten our long, cold winters.

@Steven The fact that y'all can still ski with such agility and at such extreme heights, is testimony to the benefits of continued exercise and long standing positive relationships! I have Advil in my top desk drawer and Aleve on the kitchen counter...
