I did the Wii fit yoga & strength training again last night-also did the sit-up test for the new challenge I joined. I did 30 sit-ups fairly easliy-had to stop becasue the floor was too hard. I did use a mat but I am going to have to come up with another method since we only have hardwood floors. This morning I feel well worked out!
I also notice I had goofed on my menu the last week or so thinking I was eating 2 servings of the raspberry dessert, but only noticed last night that I had cut it into 16 servings rather than the 8 the recipe said!
No loss today again but have logged 14,964 steps since Sunday. The darn rain is back....maybe I should trade in my car for a boat!! ~Happy Tuesday!

Also dropped out of the 8 week, 30lb weight loss challenge as there seems to be no way I will lose 30lb in 8 weeks with as slow as I go :)
I'd be lucky to lose 5 lbs LOL!

I can so relate, it seems my weight loss is so slow going, but at least it is going. Rainy here too, seems like we have had rain every day for the past 2 weeks. Keep up the good work though, it is worth it. Have you tried doing situps on the balance ball?

ALee, Thanks for the balance ball reminder! I have one and completely forgot becasue I deflated it last year :) I will definitely bring that back out of the closet :)

Thanks! It's mind over matter for me. I decided the other day I have no excuse NOT to exercise. I helps me sleep better, feel better and firms me up. Even though I have only lost 15 pOunds I was feeling a little more 'jiggly' than normal so thought OK DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!
