Weight training circuits are not what most think of when cardio is brought up.

But I do agree, that is a better option, for sure!

Yeah, I didn't follow what he did, I just remember seeing pictures of him deadlifting.

Where did you get that info? I just googled and they have him doing conventional bodybuilding workouts. https://www.muscleandfitness.com/workouts/workout-routines/4-week-wolverine-training-plan

Is that for the first one because I can believe that. He was small in that one.

Just found something not same article but if you google high Jackman men's health their is a article where he praises the rower. Says if you only have 10 mins to exercise all you need is a rower. I put up screenshot from it.

Is the Men's Health article where he discusses 'cycling' steroids?

When I hear cardio I think steady state. When I think weight lifting I think Ana. One is aerobic, the other anaerobic. One can be both but I'm not sure running with dumb bells is the 'new normal'.

And Hollywood with $$$$ probably has access to really good gear, juice, r-o-i-d-s, pick your term or phrase.

Well yeah, but he has wayyyy more than 10 minutes when getting ready for a movie, it's a full time job and I doubt he only uses a rower lol. Conditioning exercise will produce little if any muscle gain. If you have 10 minutes, it makes sense though. Something you can do continuously for 10 min is prob better than doing 2 sets of weights lol.
