Almond butter lettuce rolls.... arent a thing, are they? 🤷‍♂️ I needed a quick fix.

I used apples or pork rinds (which I hate) but hey.. lettuce works too! great idea! Could probably dip some cucumber rounds in the almond butter too.

that sounds just crazy enough to work hahaha...omg...I guess it's very similar to the taste of celery but just seems weird initially to see hahaha...

Actually, it looks so good in this photo that I'm going to buy some almond butter tomorrow to put on my lettuce as a snack.
