Unofficial weight is back up to 72kg. I can't see a drop happening this week, which I am sure is due to my workout routine changing.
Hopefully I am losing cm's instead.

My weight also goes up if my gym routine is hard or different. Muscles retaining water because of stiffness also plays a role. Keep up the hard work! Keep your body guessing. Oh and start measurements!!!

Thanks Leksie.. I am going to take measurements next week again to see what my progress is since the beginning of the year. I am hoping there is going to be some cm lost....
