In December, I ran out of high blood pressure pills. I decided to see if I could lower my BP the healthy way. I changed my diet and began working out with Tae-Bo and 5 weeks ago I began P90. Yesterday, 23 pounds down, I went to the doctor's for my official BP checkup. I was 122/78 - I did it! No more BP pills for me!!...!!! More weight to lose with Tony Horton kicking my a** - Can't wait!!
